Q. How do I purchase a score?
A: Simply click on the 'Buy Now' link and you'll be taken to our secure PayPal checkout. You can pay using your debit/credit card or by using your existing PayPal account. It couldn't be easier.
 
Q. What happens once I've made a purchase?
A: Once you've paid through our secure PayPal checkout, you'll be able to download your purchases immediately. See example.
 
Q. What if my download is interupted or accidently cancelled?
A: If you have any problems accessing your purchased score, simply contact us using the email address you entered upon purchase and we'll send you the files via email.
 
Q. What exactly do I get with each purchase?
A: You get printable PDF copies of the full score and each of the seperate parts plus the original Sibelius and Finale files for editing. These files are presented for download in a standard .zip file format.
 
Q. I want the score in a different key but I don't have Sibelius?
A: In this event, we'll be happy to send you the score in a different key, simply contact us using the email address you entered upon purchase, let us know what key you need, and we'll send you the files again via email.
 
Q. What happens if I delete or lose my score files?
A: If you delete or lose your purchased score, simply contact us using the email address you entered upon purchase and we'll send you the files again via email.
 
Q. How can I purchase a number of scores at the same time?
A: A facility for purchasing mulitple scores is in the works, but in the meantime you can simply contact us with a list of what scores you require and we'll provide you with a tailored purchase and instant download link.
 
Q. What version of Sibelius is supported?
A: The scores were created using Sibelius 5 and up, however if you require an older Sibelius file type, simply contact us using the email address you entered upon purchase and we'll send you the version you require via email. We support all versions.
